We attach the latest article from the Carcodgers:

Incidentally, here is a rather silly but slightly frustrating issue that needs solving! The Mirafiori is back in action after the NZ winter. Failed its warrant of fitness due to a break binding issue but has now been fixed. So along we go listening to the sweet music of that delightful engine. Just as well because it is not possible to use the original push button radio because it has one of those vandal proof aerials and the Carcodgers can't work out how to get it to 'pop-up'. The senior Carcodger seems to remember selling these in Halfords back in the 1970s but the reluctant antenna seems stuck down its tube. Any suggestions anyone - as a little mellow medium wave radio reception would be a nice whilst driving around the South Island. Would be rather vulgar to change the aerial for a more modern one!
