You boys in the South East seem to be always having a great time.

dont umean  thurock,or are u going the other way to pick simon Wink

No I didn't mean Thurrock but it's a good point!  Undecided  For me it's definitely best to go anti-clockwise round the M25 but for you (if you were joining us) and Phil it may be better to go the other way round. Mind you, it's now ?2 each way for the Darford crossing so going 'my way' will save ?4  Grin
Its as long as it is short ,as ma would say or only about 7 miles differance   from A12 juction  Cool

The mileage going South or North is nearly the same, usually I make the decision on the day which is driven by the M25 traffic reports.

Rob why don't you revise for exams on Saturday, come out on Sunday and Scarify the lawn another weekend Huh

Luckily I don't need to use the M25 to get to Brooklands. Cross country to A3 then straight over the M25 north to a great day out!  Grin

Well the weather turned out perfect in the end which made this a good event. Certainly the company was good and it was great to meet up with friends for what's probably the last outdoor classic car event of the year. Some photos below and a slideshow of the rest of my pics can be seen at http://photos.131mirafiori.com/FullScreenSlideShow.aspx?gallery=3171606&mt=Photo

Yes you missed a good day out with friends Jason!  Grin Hope the birthday party went well and both your missus and the mother-in-law recognised your commitment. Grin Cool Cheesy Wink

A big mix of cars, from TVR to Ford, and I'm not really sure that it worked.  Undecided As usual the Brooklands 'organisers' had us driving all over the site to park - before we eventually found our mates and moved our cars to park together - but even then we were over run by Fords, Lotus and VW Beetles Roll Eyes.

Still, the weather held and it was good to catch up with the 131 crew.  Cool
