once upon a time, i used fiat 132 lower ball joints on lada. i had to widen the holes in lower suspension arms because bolt holes were missaligned by 1mm aproximately. other than bolt holes missalingment, ball joints are identical.

fiat 125/132/argenta balljoints are the same
fiat 124 sedan/coupe are the same or not?
has anyone tried fitting lada balljoints onto fiat 124 coupe?
has anyone tried fitting 132 lower balljoints onto 124 coupe? are the bolt holes the same?

As far as i know bottom ball joints for 125/132 /124 are the same part ,but only the bottom ones .You can identify yourself if you search for  the 4355787  5676985 part number which is the  Fiat factory code number for lower ball joints .You will find in the web, ball joints applications for 124 coupe spider sedan  125 132 and Polski as well , but bottom Lada 's are different.
