Yesterday i sent a e-mail to book the rooms required at the Traube-lossburg hotel.This morning i foned them to see if they recevied my e-mail and they didn't received the mail.I then sent it another 3 times and still they didn't received it.So Nicole told me to Fax it to them.I did this an hour ago and i just foned them and Nicoles husband said that they don't have a fax number or a fax.Are we going to stay in a Faulty Towers hotel or what.I have never been pissed off with such confusion.Theo in another post said he had no problem.I have a fax confirmation saying it was received.There e-mail address is info@traube-lossburg.de The fax number is 004974463297.I have never come across anything like this before.Are other members having any problems?.Eugene

Hi Eugene, sorry for this drama.
The hotel wrote me an email today asking if I knew you because they don't receive any mails from you. No idea what's wrong. Mail and fax seems to be correct.
But to end the chaos just drop me a pm with the room(s) you want to reserve and  the date of your arrival and departure and I will do the rest.
Have been at the Traube last sunday and there were no complifications with other reservations (except some people who thought that filling in the registration form on the website includes hotel reservation - WHAT IS NOT CORRECT)

hope your journey is long enough and includes enough 131-drinving-pleasure to make you smile again when arriving in Black Forest,

Latest update on the confusion.Last night i received an e-mail from the hotel saying they received my Fax message.Previous to that i had sent 6 e-mails that they never received and Nicoles husband telling me that the hotel dosen't have a Fax machine or a Fax number,So how come they received the Fax message.Can anyone out there work this one out Roll Eyes Roll Eyes.Anyway all is sorted now.
