Iirc it's a very heavily modified 131 Racing from Turkey. I believe that it is fitted with a Lancia Delta Integrale engine (complete with Turbo) and that the kit is a locally made and modified Integrale kit. It's on various sites but I think that Guy Croft's forum regularly see the owner posting as 'Tuning16v' or something similar.
