Just an update for you all on these doors, there is a photo of this car in the Guy Croft Modifying Tuning Fiat/Lancia Twin-Cam Engines? ::) I knew I had seen them somewhere before. I have not got my book with me at the moment, but I spoke to my friend who has it and he said there is a photo of car with these doors, maybe anyone got a book at hand can confirm this.
