Title: 131 stickers Post by: nigel131sport on June 30, 2008, 07:48:03 PM hi kev , got your stickers today they look great, thanks very much. not been on here for a while seem to have lost heart at the moment. i think its the general cost of running 3 cars and pay out for the 131. even thought of selling the 127 sport ,the 131, and the marea20v, and getting a yank on lpg,one road tax, one insurance and cheap running. need inspiration from somewhere before i do something silly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ???

Hi Nigel, Don't do it man, have you lost all your senses ;D !!!. I've been feeling that way a bit recently but you never know what the next day will bring. I had a crappy weekend, progress wise, on the rear suspension. Then on Monday got all of the bracing for the diff done :o. Might need to offload the Cherokee as the trucks moved to within 10 mins of my house and can't really justify running two cars and financing the 131 project, even if it does run on LPG >:( Title: Re: 131 stickers Post by: kev131 on July 01, 2008, 06:33:11 PM Glad you like the stickers Nige.
Hey dont worry about those feelings - They are part and parcel of 131 ownership - Possibly even classic car ownership in general. ??? Then along comes a fine day and you meet your buddies in similar cars and you wonder how you could have ever contemplated being without them. ;) |
