Title: 2 magazine covers from 1978
Post by: Blue850 on April 04, 2009, 08:13:51 PM
I wonder did this survive? Radbourne Racing were advertising that they were allocated 2 out of the production run.

Nice super! I bet the super was made into bean tins a long time ago! Perhaps the Abarth survived though?

Just checked the Abarth reg no with the DVLA and they are saying no records found ???

Thats a new one on me. Usually even cars which have been scrapped are still on there as 'unlicensed'.

My Father's old super comes back as having a date of liability in 1988 and currently being unlicensed. Probably scrapped :'(, but could still be locked away in a garage somewhere. :)

Stradale headlights should be all the same size.

There's a good chance that when the dealer sold the yellow Abarth he couldn't find a buyer in the UK and the car was subsequently exported. I don't know of a yellow Abarth in the UK at the moment ???
