Thats a new one on me. Usually even cars which have been scrapped are still on there as 'unlicensed'. My Father's old super comes back as having a date of liability in 1988 and currently being unlicensed. There's a good chance that when the dealer sold the yellow Abarth he couldn't find a buyer in the UK and the car was subsequently exported. I don't know of a yellow Abarth in the UK at the moment ???
