Title: Piston Question Post by: cfont60 on June 01, 2009, 02:30:07 PM Finally I had to dismantle the engine of my 1981 Racing since it broke a week ago. Oil pressure light came up in the middle of a hiway and by the time I got to the side the engine died. When I dismanteled the engine I found that the Pistons are not the original ones so I measured them and I would like to know if someone can inform the distance from the center of the hole for the piston pin to the top of the piston. What I measured is 39mm.
I attach a photo of the pistons in my engine. Thanks in advance Title: Re: Piston Question Post by: djape1977 on June 02, 2009, 04:17:21 PM that looks like standard fiat 84mm piston to me
