Title: Wanted: Steering Column Shaft Post by: mikesides on July 17, 2009, 04:28:56 PM Hello,
I am looking for a part but I am not sure what the proper name for it is. Any help or info would be appreciated. It is the steering column shaft that has two u-joints (one on each end). Mine is worn and bent so the steering wheel has a lot of free play. Does anyone know what this is called or what the part number is? Also, where could I find one? I forgot to mention that my Fiat is a 1980 Fiat Brava (131). Thanks! Title: Re: Wanted: Steering Column Shaft Post by: Thotos on July 17, 2009, 04:36:24 PM Is it the part in the photo below? If so, Yagmur (http://131mirafiori.com/smf/index.php?action=profile;u=45) has it.

I had the car at my mechanics because of the loose steering he told me that was what I needed. I am not sure if that is the correct one for my specific car but that sounds like what he described to me.
