those bumpers are safety bumpers that they had to have new over there but nothing stopping the owner putting euro spec bumpers on, the celica 20 series were fitted with these & there is a good market for replacement euro & jap spec chrome "smiley" bumpers. some one on this forum was actually looking for Us spec safety bumpers a while back? But I definitely don't like this version and the ugly bumpers. Maybe with no bumpers twin trim could look better.
