I managed to get a new steering wheel & center cap for my project. Now I am wondering that should there be some kind of returning spring in the center cap? A spring that pushes the cap back up after pressing the horn... It looks like mine does not work... If I press the horn the cap is not coming back to upper position... ??? ??? ???
