Is Guarda a Spanish outfit ?

Did any other policy type outfits used Fiat ?

In Poland Militia/ Police, Military Police , Customs and Border Guards used 125p. and even 126p for a long time. Later they used Marea.  Now it is mostly Stilo and Ducato.

Can you substantiate that Eugene? - I've no idea why previous postings were removed but I know that someone complained about some of the posts that are now missing from this thread so maybe they offended some people..? ???

With hindsight, perhaps referring to the Irish Police as p**s wasn't the best term to use...!  :)

I am annoyed that my post was removed when i mentioned the word Pig,yet the word Pig is reffered to a Garda in another post and that posting is still there.I believe in fairness,but still can't understand why my post was removed and the other post by Sid131 is allowed.I would appreciate an explanation please ::)Eugene

Well Nick,your post was left there and mine was removed.All i did was tell the truth.Nick you must have paid off someone that your allowed to refer to a Garda as a Pig and when i use the word Pig in my post it is taken off ::).I hope you can see my point in this ::).Eugene

Well we could use the Scottish Gaidhlig  for Pig which is spelt "Muc" !  ;D

Muc is also the Irish for Pig.I know that Scott's Gaelic and the Irish language are very close.That's a good story Nick.I would love to hear more stories like that one ::) ;D ;D ;).Eugene

Where i stay in Scolland is one of the very few places left in Scotland  that speak Scotts Gaidhlig
which is a real shame i speak it fluent and i know it is very simillar to Irish Gaidhlig as there is a local radio station that as far as i know still do a show where one guy speaks in Scotts gaidhlig and the other replys in Irish and they both understand perfect,I can understand every 2nd to 3rd word of an Irish Gaidhlig sentance this shows how close the 2 are.

its a real shame that the language is dead here the English just took over & the language died except in a few places, & the best part is we were all thought it at school but i cant speak it.

Well when i went to School i only had a few english words i still speak Gaidhlig in the house and speak it to my kids so they will understand and speak it when they are older, it is part of Irish & Scottish heritage that was nearly taken away from us a long time ago but it still survives,   ;) ;)

good man that a credit to you, a family not far from me all speak Irish in the house & all the kids now grown up are fluent.

Well Eugene if I used some of phrases for the boys in blue I would probably get banned  :o :o
