He's my all time favorite rally driver. Always driven, even nervously you could say. I'm dedicating my group 4 car to him. His name and that of his co-driver Illka Kivimaki will appear on the doors. The way he drove a 131 is also one of the reasons I love these cars. If you contact him again please tell him he have a big following in South Africa!

I think this is not a secret as I can remember someone has mentioned that Finland is a possible location for 3MA in near future. This was the main reason for me to contact Mr. Al?n. I asked him that would he be interested to join us at 3MA in Finland. The answer was YES. If there is room in his calendar, he can come and visit us. After this I called to Mr. Marcus Gr?nholm. Mr. Gr?nholm has an original ex-Al?n works car in his collection. I asked him that is it possible to go and see the car. The answer was YES again. My idea was that maybe the "theme" for one day here in Finland could be "Meeting the World Rally Champions". We can go to Mr. Gr?nholm's garage where Mr. Al?n tells us about his career with 131.
