And the outside is still in primer. But things are moving, and I'll mark your words and turn around (slooooooowly) to see it finished ;) @Yagmur: thanks for your kind words - and it's your parts that helped a great deal to get the car back to shape! And, to answer Kev's question: Quote 131 Sport Abarth Replica Rally car...? The ultimate aim is to create a fast, sleek, reliable ( ???), street legal 131 Sport with some Abarth Replica parts, to be used (but not exclusively) as a Rally Car - see, I'm trying to square the circle ;) means: ultimately, it will have all the goodies from a 131 Sport WR edition (2 doors ;), grill, wheel arches, front spoiler, wheels, axles, gearbox) paired with Grp 4 glassfiber bonnet and trunk cover (these being the only glassfiber parts!), a mildly customized TC engine with twin Weber IDFs, electric fuel pump and electronic Marelli ignition, ANSA Exhaust, H?rmann underride protection, Koni shocks, bucket seats, roll bar, and Cibie SuperOscars. This all in arancio racing. And yes, it was (still is, as a matter of fact) really a fundamental restoration. Built to last, I sincerely hope.
