Title: Re: Differences in shock absorbers Post by: djape1977 on September 24, 2010, 07:21:02 AM as far as i know, the lenght of thread on top is diferent. there also might be a diference inside, as for example fiat 132 and argenta shocks are identical on the outside but argenta has two way shocks.

The part of the shock absorber beneath the fixing bolts (underside) can differ. As far as I know there are 4 different versions. Depends on the weight of the car. Diesel is the heaviest.
