I came across this article about a Fiat 124 Radbourne in a British magazine (MOTOR Magazine - 1969). What I have read was, Radbourne took the Fiat 124 and put in the Fiat 125 Twin cam engine and gearbox. MOTOR magazine quoted it was one of the faster 1600 and was compared against Lotus Cortina's and Ford Escort Twin cams. I have read about Radbourne before, they have built the Radbourne Abarth - a Simca Abarth with a 1200 pushrod Fiat 124 engine. In the attached road test, note the additional ref counter it had and the Radbourne and "SS" badges. What I would like to know, did some of you ever own one or knew about one? or do you have some info about these cars? The tunnel was cut to suite the 5 gear gearbox from 131 and the dif was a 10/39... A fast beast it was...
