Title: Re: Padova show 131s Post by: mirafiori76 on October 31, 2010, 08:13:01 PM Nice. The Stradale looks like a replica. Is it? The group 4 car looks original except for the mirrors en the wheels. What's the story, Albert?
Title: Re: Padova show 131s Post by: bellamacchina on October 31, 2010, 08:18:13 PM I don't know, just made pictures on the show. Was not impressed by the Racing and the Stradale. But wanted to show the 131s that were on show. The group 4 is original as far as I know and was for sale at auction 2 years ago for a huge amount of money.

Title: Re: Padova show 131s Post by: mirafiori76 on October 31, 2010, 08:34:40 PM I find the Racing a bit "overkill". Looks like the owner tried to copy the red/grey Bburago miniature model.
Title: Re: Padova show 131s Post by: mirko131 on October 31, 2010, 08:58:14 PM Yes Mike , this blu Francia it's a replica , i know this car in Italy ;)
Title: Re: Padova show 131s Post by: bellamacchina on October 31, 2010, 08:58:22 PM I prefer the Burago in this colour scheme! Not my way of doing a Racing.
Title: Re: Padova show 131s Post by: mirafiori76 on October 31, 2010, 09:13:04 PM Yes Mike , this blu Francia it's a replica , i know this car in Italy ;) The looks of the car is a nice shot in the right direction. Great color too. Don't like the interior. Too modern for my liking.Title: Re: Padova show 131s Post by: kev131 on November 01, 2010, 10:01:41 AM You are certainly a man who follows his hobby with zeal Albert - Thanks for sharing the photos - Always appreciated by us 131 fans.
I rather like the Racing actually - Probably something to do with the 131 Sport disease that I've got. ::) :) The blue "Stradale" reminds me of a car like this (same one possibly) that was advertised for sale about two years ago and was claimed as a one off special Stradale for someone high up in the Fiat dynasty - maybe one of the Agnellis - It was for sale at about ?40k and seemed to sell quickly. I probably still have pictures of that car if anyone is interested. :) Title: Re: Padova show 131s Post by: mirko131 on November 01, 2010, 10:10:00 AM Here nice pics for a memeber of ICC come's to Padova ;) :

Title: Re: Padova show 131s Post by: mirko131 on November 28, 2010, 09:53:28 PM For the moment i think it's a replica Bellamachina , so it's strange she's have the yellow counter kilometries???
I send an email on a friend i wait ;) Title: Re: Padova show 131s Post by: bellamacchina on November 29, 2010, 07:12:35 AM Thanks Mirko, Please keep us informed.
Title: Re: Padova show 131s Post by: mirko131 on November 29, 2010, 12:45:22 PM Hi Albert ;D , here's the mail :
Ciao Mirko , Questa ? stata restaurata interamente e sembrerebbe che fosse un vero Abarth,il contachilometri giallo ? giusto, peccato gli interni rifatti non sono originali e la mascherina del Racing, che non ? un problema in quanto la si cambia senza problemi Controlla il numero di telaio e numero motore che inizino per AR.000 Hello Mirko, This has been completely restored and it would seem that it was a real Abarth, the yellow speedo is right, sin is not redone the interiors are original and the cover of the Racing, which is not a problem as you change it without problems Check the chassis number and engine number they start to AR.000 Title: Re: Padova show 131s Post by: bellamacchina on November 29, 2010, 07:25:32 PM Thanks Mirko, so no replica like you suggested before. This brings more light to this car.
Title: Re: Padova show 131s Post by: mirko131 on November 29, 2010, 08:41:02 PM Yes, indeed, has checked the chassis numbers.
But what a pity for this inside ..... Title: Re: Padova show 131s Post by: mirafiori76 on November 29, 2010, 09:51:20 PM If i had the chance tobuy this car i'd surely strip it on the inside and try to find the original parts. Like i said earlier, it's too modern for my liking. Plus, i like original Stradales.
Title: Re: Padova show 131s Post by: bellamacchina on November 29, 2010, 10:13:21 PM Mike, isn't this one very "original". You will not find a second one ;D
Title: Re: Padova show 131s Post by: mirafiori76 on November 30, 2010, 08:00:02 AM :D :D Albert,
I think you know what i mean. Such a car should be kept original. Of course the front seats are always torn, so no problem in swapping them for bucket seats. But keep the rest original. And why that Racing grille? Shouldn't be a problem to find the Special grill with lights. :o |
