Original badges were made of plastic but were a reasonable quality and look. After-market replacements and those that came fitted to replacement grills were also plastic and looked very cheap (I have a couple of those somewhere... ) I bought the badge that's on my car from Ricambio (www.ricambio.co.uk (http://www.ricambio.co.uk)) and it's a high quality enamel badge that looks very good ;) :D
