Title: UK - VW's and Fiat 500's Post by: Rob 131 on June 28, 2011, 12:10:04 PM On returning to the UK I travelled on Monday morning from Chester to Darlington in the sunshine :) :). I forgot about UK Motorway queues ::) ???
However what shocked me was the number of VW Passat's. They are everywhere. Including my own hire car. I ordered a Large Diesel Saloon Car. This is what I got in a Passat, although I was allocated the 'Green Version badged Blue Motion with a 1.6 Engine ??? It does however go quite well which would indicate that the 2.0 would be great :D ;D At one stage on the A1, I was in a chain of 5 VW Passats all in a row. Within Chester, the Town Centre Fiat 500's are everywhere. It seems that in these times of Poor Car Sales, certain models are very popular. |
