Title: interesting italian car
Post by: bellamacchina on August 08, 2011, 06:42:44 PM
Alfa Sei turbo diesel 1986, one of the very last from the line with leather interior and airconditioning. Not a 131 but also very nice I think ;D ;)

Thanks Kev & Mirko

Phil, Ela says it must be my sixth sense ;D ;D  It's a hobby to search for very good collectable cars.
And real fun to do.
Anyone interested in a great 82 BMW 520i :)

A pretty Alfa from the same age of a least well done Fiat Argenta. They look really similar, but this is PRETTY!!

So is the Argenta (to my eyes at least ;) )

I like these too though. Heidleberg plates?

A good friend of mine, who has a nice collection of 3 132; 2 130 (Coup? and Berlina); 1 Croma Turbo i.e. also has 2 Argenta's. A volumex a?d a 2000 i.e. but I just can't like them... the interiors look's so Fiat Uno and the front lights are too big... I LOVE the 132 (I own one) but this guys are just too ugly in my opinion.... :)

A really nice piece! Congratulations!

I would say if for someone an Argenta is not enough, then just this car is the choice  8)

Please give us some info about the ride feelings. Is it a rwd right?

Could be a mean machine :)

Thanks guys. I also see some simularites with the Argenta but this car is even bigger. It has a ZF 5 speed gearbox with dogleg 1 and rearwheeldrive. The gearbox is on traditional place so not a transaxle as the Alfetta and Giulietta from this age. THe engine is a VM 5 cilinder turbo diesel. Nice to see, it has 5 separate cilinders with a cover for 4 and 1 for 1. They "simply" putted the 5th one there. It runs very nice and feels strong in the way of an old Peugeot 505 turbodiesel of this age. Roadholding is very good but you can feel good that there is a heavy lump in the front. At all it is just an amazing(and disappearing :-\) experience.  I will do my best to keep it this way among my other cars.
