Title: One Type of Car Collections Post by: Rob 131 on August 09, 2011, 08:06:43 AM On my trip home at the weekend from Darlington where I have been working for the last 7 weeks to Chester, I noticed this house in a village not far from the M6 in Kendal where 4 Jaguar XJ40's were sat in the drive. Three of them looked driveable. Never a car that I liked and many people that I know (including my Father who had one of the first 4 litres) were never keen. I did get some pictures.
Coming back from Brands Hatch after the Superbikes on Sunday, I pulled into a pub close to Cambridge and in the carpark were 4 Jaguar XJS's in various states of repair. It would be intersting to know if other members spot groups of one type of car's lying about various parts of the country. Probably won't find many Italian ones as they are generally more sought after and like to be kept undercover.
