Title: another 131-Fan in Germany Post by: Heini131 on August 26, 2011, 09:44:11 AM Hello,
yesterday evening i visited a new friend of mine in Gro?heide/Germany, about 80 Km from my place :D His name is Werner Kuper and he contacted me a few month ago, because he had found some pictures of my car in www 8) He asked me if he could visit me and have a closer look. A few weeks ago we met for the first time and i decided to see him and his cars again. His car is a blue Fiat 131, 1400 CL from 1982. He is the third owner and the car did about 48.000 Km! The owner is 50 years old and has alway driven Fiat. This one he purchased 5 years ago and he did put the same modifications on it as he did in younger years ;D Enjoy the pics Title: Re: another 131-Fan in Germany Post by: Heini131 on August 26, 2011, 09:45:34 AM some more

Even with some additional high mounted stop lights, which were quite popular in Germany in the 80s :) Title: Re: another 131-Fan in Germany Post by: Heini131 on August 27, 2011, 08:37:39 AM The X1/9 has got a 1.5 Ritmo (Strada) engine with Weber and Ansa exhaust and a really nice sound 8)

nice to see Werner Kuper, he bought a lot of spare part's (Sport/Racing) from my first Abarth project in 2008! My regards to Werner Enzo ;) Title: Re: another 131-Fan in Germany Post by: kev131 on September 19, 2011, 04:48:51 PM Fantastic looking series 3 Heini - isn't it great that more & more 131 fans are being found...?
I do like the mods to this particular car - And it reminds of the popularity of the high mounted brake lights in Ireland too - I'd completely forgotton about them. If I remember correctly the car would fill with a red glow whenever one braked...!! :D I notice that he has cheeky 2000TC badges fitted too.... :) Title: Re: another 131-Fan in Germany Post by: Heini131 on September 19, 2011, 06:30:11 PM Fantastic looking series 3 Heini - isn't it great that more & more 131 fans are being found...? Yes indeed, a very nice and exquisite 131-family ;) |
