Title: Padova car show 2011
Post by: bellamacchina on December 08, 2011, 07:48:17 PM
Also this year I again enjoyed the big show and is was great again. The only present 131 was a modified Volumetrico which was packed between other cars for sale. The few pictures I made are shown in the for sale section with the topic about this car. Of course you see every year a lot of the same cars/types but every year there are nice surprises. Here a mint Alfasud and an LMX 2300

My favourite car of the show, no I didn't buy it, but what a marvelous little car it was, this all original, unrestored, unmolested Fiat 1100R with 26K km on the clock.

Gamma for Theo ;)

Wow!  :o The Gamma Olgiata one-off concept similar to the Beta HPE. I've never managed to see this 'in the metal' while I've seen the Scala (four door saloon based on the Coupe), the Spider, the 3V (Gamma Trevi)  and the Mega-Gamma, the original modern people carrier and the car on which the Renault Espace was based. If I knew that the Olgiata was going to be on display I would have travelled to the show to see it. An interesting bit of trivia ( to me at least  ;)) is the fact that the Scala and Olgiata have the word "GAMMA" spelled on the back while the production cars have the lower case Greek letter γ .

If you have any more pictures please send them to me Albert.
