It is possible but not very easy. This is how it can be done: 1. First you have to remove old instrument dials for scanning and measuring 2. Then you have to create new dials made of 1 mm thick clear plastic plate. This can be done with a CNC machine. 3. Overprint with 70% transparent white color 4. 2 x printing with black and other colors on top of the white. And what does it cost?
