I thought about it particularly the door but it looks pretty heavily rusted on the bottom corner. The quarter panels look a bit better but the size of them makes them difficult or expensive to ship.

Depends on the courier you use, I got a quote from mine to deliver the 131 inner wing he was selling, my courier quoted to deliver up here in Scotland ?28.00 that's not bad I would say.

I had two quarter panels posted from Greece to Ireland for my Panorama :) they could be sent Royal Mail standard parcel, I sent a door this way to someone on the forum before.

Hammerbernie if you look into postage costs and courier costs it is very often cheaper to ship to Ireland than the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.
I think even with shipping costs these 4 door parts are a bargin.

I have had some more detailed pics and the near side wing has heavy corrosion on the inside and boot channel seams are rusty. Blasting would destroy the panel so i would say unless you use part of its too far gone. Swage line has a kink too.

Sev blasting is a thing of the past now im afraid.
There are more than a few big reputable companies out there who offer services that can easy remove quite bad (surface) rust with out the destruction of media blasting.
The company bellow being the most successful.

The problem is that in my opinion very little rust on Fiat cars or panels is 'surface corrosion'. More often than not you just end up with a hole. I have several new or little used panels in my collection which went into holes when attacked with a wire brush on the grinder to remove paint and 'surface corrosion'.

Some of the metal used is just so thin that it goes into holes really easily which is one of the reasons why these cars fell/fall to bits.

Even modern chemical dipping processes which are 'kinder' to panels will reveal holes when the corrosion is removed if it has any depth to it.

I remember a similar discussion on another forum about a NOS panel which was purchased and found to be heavily rusted.

Obviously these are old panels and unless stored well in totally dry conditions it's likely that they will have some signs of deterioration but there is a limit in my opinion to how much you're prepared to accept. If you are going to have to cut out and weld in new steel is it worth buying?

I think because fiat panels are fairly scarce that welding in new pieces is mandotry and i do think that these parts are very reasonably priced
