I had one of these and it was iin the boot when the car was being welded and the bloke welding it said the car caught alight so he used it to put the fire out ! gutted.
I haven't seen one since until this one came up and that was 22 years ago. Still if you want these things I suppose you have to pay for them although I wonder if you had the dimensions how much someone could make it for today ?
