Truly a nice example but are there any buyers??

Aussie, I wish I could buy any of the nice 70s japanese cars or a Holden Monaro driving around still in your region. Isn't that always the same? Here the most cars are rotten away, in other parts of the earth they are sandblasted. But, yes, I can fully feel with you as it will be incredibly expensive to import a car from here!

Good luck, let's keep going on posting from all over the world!

It is amazing how many 131s are coming up for sale at the moment. The problem for us in the UK is most are in Italy! Yes, as Simon and others have proved it is possible to buy and import a car to the UK, but it does add apreciably to the cost of the car. LHD is also an issue for those of us in the UK, although I think it should be pretty simple to convert if you have a RHD donor.

I've driven a number of original monaros and they do well in a straight line but don't expect them to go around corners, honestly I've driven tractors that go around corners better, but hey the new monaros are the 124 coupe of the 21st century they go fantastically in a straight line and they go around corners just as well weather it be clipping the apex of a corner on a race track or with a hand full of opposite lock going down a tight twist road, but we still have the same problem that you guys have with cars rotting them selves into extinction but maybe not as bad as you guys have with the salted roads.
