Title: Messing about in the local quarry.. Post by: kev131 on April 20, 2008, 08:33:47 PM I know you probably think that this is one of the most photographed 131s around but I cant help seeking out that ideal shot and am constantly on the lookout for a good location - A bit like the shots of Theo's car that the classic car magazine took of his on the lawn of the museum.
I stumbled across this quarry at the peak of a local hill which seemed more or less empty of personnel bar a caretaker in the distance who was more interested in power washing some gigantic earth mover than enforcing a "no cars beyond this point" sign.
