Title: new belt on now Post by: jasonh131 on October 25, 2008, 07:15:31 PM well finally got the belt off and timeing done ,the bottem pulley would not come off, i tried every thing ever
thought of . well there was 3 plates in front off the belt and a small one at the bottom off the block that i could not see before , so just like the twineys just slipped it under the pulley, ? the next bit was a fully seizesd tensioner after 20 odd years,? alot different to the twinneys (http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3153/2972436014_edc6dcec1a.jpg) (http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3283/2971593267_d967cec96d.jpg) had to unsize in the vice twiting back and forth and with wire brush to clear the rust and wd40 till free and easy jason |
