This was my father's car. Registered on 3 December 1977. Bought new from Meliden Motors, Meliden, North Wales. This Fiat dealer has long gone. The car was a white 1300 mk 1, 4 door saloon. Fitted with a black vinyl roof and roof mounted ariel. We owned the car til December 1979. BCA 652S was registered on 22/12/77 (it may have been sold earlier in that month hence the date difference). More interesting is the date it was last taxed. This vehicle had the tax cancelled mid month on 16/4/85 implying that the car had suffered a non repairable accident or mechanical failure (less likely with a Fiat 131) shortly before that date.
