I have just spent 20 mins on the phone with the duty manager in the Heights explaining that this experience has not been ideal either for Andy or for the professionalism of the event. The hotel are very apologetic that there was any confusion and to help avoid a repitition they have suggested always asking for either Theresa Collum or Mary. Always refer to the classic car event in May - Our current provisional booking of 13 rooms still stands (now reduced by 4) and will expire at the end of February. Andy - The dates that you selected do not exactly tie in with the intinerary - I think that you might prefer to move it a day forward and to book accomadation for one night near Limerick for 17th. The Travel Lodge chain have facilities on the Ennis road out of Limerick City - For more upmarket try the Two Mile Inn or the Radission on the same road.
