Can't you try and squeeze the owner what he expects to get for it and start from there!

It's always hard to see in pics, if it runs I would offer between 500-800? ,but that's my opinion, nowadays it seems hard to find any good 2-doors, so finally it's up to you what you think it's worth!

J'ai d?j? vu des voitures pareilles etre vendues pour plus que 1.000 euro...

Mais comme celle-ci n'est pas sur ebay ou des sites pareilles et comme le vendeur est convaincu que la voiture est pourri je serais tempt? de rester dans les prix propos?s de Alf

Is it close to you? Transports cost's money ,if the owner think it's to rusty to fix, how rusty is it? Sills,floorpanels,and so on, that's a lot of work to fix properly, there must be better 131:s in Europe, at least they don't use salt like here.

If its rusty and expensive, just leave it and look for a better 131!pehaps he changes his mind!
Is it for a Abarth rebuild, you perhaps can do with a good shell and build from that!

salut yves , je lui ai fait une proposition raisonnable mais il a pr?f?r? la garder
il ne la vend plus maintenant,
cette voiture ( du moins ce qu'il en reste) va ?tre d?coup?e pour r?cuperer
les montants , B, C ,les vitres, les portes quelques pieces ,boite, moteur, feux,
enfin, ce que tout le monde veut, ou cherche  ;D 
voila, et moi je vais faire autrement ...
j'aurai pu aller acheter cette 131 pour le prix qu'il en voulais
mais j'en ai marre de ces encheres qui monte pour de la rouille
je me connais, et j'arriverais a faire ce que je veux, sans faire des d?penses de riche  >:(
