Aside from the material being different and without detailed measurements being taken, etc.....my view is that Sport rear seats are the same as the Supermirafiori rear seats. I've also seen Sport rear seats fitted to 4 door 131s. Hope that helps.

this is the answer I wanted to hear! ;) I suspected a little but I wanted the opinion of a purist! The fact that you can fit sport seats on a 4 door 131 doesnt' mean that they are exactly the same.
