Thanks all. Title: Re: Gear stick removal Post by: Thotos on October 20, 2020, 01:28:33 PM Take the boot off and on either side of the bottom of gearstick you'll see little white plastic bits. You need to push them down to release the gearstick. They need a hefty push or a hit with a mallet but you should hit/push both together otherwise you might break the plastic.

Thanks all. this plastic ring is what keeps in place the gear stick. You should contract the six tooths to lift and release the stick.
