I dont know if anybody already knows about this company in belgium I think, go to ? www.warny.com?? then click on reparaturbleche at the top and then click the white box and choose FIAT and they do lots panels for 131s and panels for other old FIATs too

There is quite a lot of English on the site. I have emailed them to ask for prices and availability on the 131 panels.

i got a translator on the phone last year & they said discontinued, i was looking for a drivers door skin at the time, i have a set of their sills & they are perfect.
