Can anybody confirm the gearbox in my newly aquired racing is the right one?  The gearstick leans to the left when in neutral & the rubber gaiter refuses to stay in the console slot EXACTLY like the orange sport on page 12 For Sale and Wanted (fiat 131 racing for sale in Italy). The approx distance of the gearstick travel (say 1st to 2nd) is 5".

I would say that the angle of the gear lever is right as it does lean slightly over, but the 5" distance seems strange.

There is a naff to position the rubber boot properly and the metal square fitting plate needs to be right. My dad was a master at these.

The metal square fitting plate is missing....  Has anybody got a spare one of these (please)?!                   What gate travel is normal??  Thanks

I think I have a spare one of these but its my only spare so would like ?15 for it, working on the theory that ive never had one break so ok to let it go
