Won't these all fit the sport ,i know the HB12 fits the outer and that looks like the inner

Well i bought some others from the same company for beatle free 4 extre bulbs ,,
 now i prusuming a halogen bulb draws more current than a normal filament bulb , altanator light glows on
but not with the old one's still about 12 .7 volts so it just enough with every thing switched on

Looks like you have an alternator problem to me. The alternator should put out between 13.5 and 14.5 volts at idle. 12.7 is too low as a fully charged battery will show at least 12.6 volts.

Its still 14 volts at idle ,, it only with everything switched on that it goes down to 12.7 volts ,lights, main beam, heater etc ,its just halogen bulbs must draw more current than a old fashioned filament bulb.

Amps is equal to watts divided by volts so a 12V 60W bulb will draw the same current (amps) regardless of what it's made of.
