No its not a 131 but thought you may like a pic of this very sweet 1100 we just found in Italy. Was a one owner car until it was sold to a collector in Italy then to us. Seems to be all original inside and has had a paint on the exterior at some point in the past. Not many more details until she gets here in a couple of weeks. G

I lived in Nairobi for 4 years (1969-73) remember my mum driving her Renault Dauphine into the side of our house and my Dads 1500GT Corsair but cant remember any Fiats  Angry lots of Peugeot 404 Estate taxis though!

I would say it was around the early to mid 60's. My grandad had two Fiat 1500's, one which he bought to the uk and the other gave to his best friend. One of the reg numbers was KAG 999 of which the atterny general ordered to take off him. I think it was my dads uncle who also had a 2300?

Makes me feel great that 50 years on i am still flying the flag and very proud for it Smiley Smiley

Luckily I'm far too young to remember these with any significance.... Grin but doesn't that 1100 face say "FIAT" and nothing else - Unmistakably a product of Turin.... Smiley
