ok a query i have a 2.0 litre 131 supermirafiori engined kit car which has the Lancia block, i have been offered a Lancia 2.0 twin cam gearbox montecarlo are they the same gearboxes or will the montecarlo fit straight on to the 131 engine

 Monte Carlo gearbox is front wheel drive Type .... Mirafiori is rear wheel drive.
    if not a 131 what is the csr you have..?

Thete isnt a spigot bush to suppurt theclutch  shaft on a lancia block so the s half is usall cut shorter

the car its coming out of is a series 2 mid engine rear wheel drive, the engine i have is in my kit car

You're running a kit car front engine rearwheel drive , so  you  can't use the monte gearbox only a rearwheel drive one !
