Anyone got one of these? trim between door & side window held on with 3 rivits drivers side

I had a similar problem, just painted the post satin black, looks fine

 i had some made from carbon fibre ,loked realy good , no mater how many times i slamed that badly
fitting door still didnt break

if i can remmber  the hinge was fine but to adjust the hinge ,the bolts were be hind the
wing just after the repaintand before fitting up with locks and trim  Embarrassed so i lived with it for so long
