Hello,

I'm going away for a week with work and as I don't think they have internet access at the Mill in rural Cumbria that I'm going to I will not be able to visit for a while.  Angry

See you at the weekend.  Grin

Well I'm now back online until Monday when I have another week away this time in a different place. This week has been very 'interesting'. I have now Walked up a hill (6 metres off being a mountain), crossed a river on a home made rope pull, and canooed around Lake Ullswater. I should have also rock climbed and absailed, but unfortunately I missed this due to 'issues'.

I am working as a support worker at the local college and have been on the residential trip with a group of Prince's Trust volunteers. It is a 12 week community based programme for young people. The purpose of the residential is to build up team spirit and try to help them get to know each other. Overall I did enjoy it, although it was hard work, mainly due to the fact that many young people in the group were very demanding (if you know what I mean)  Wink
