Prize for the 131

I went to the local Classic & Vintage show in Limerick yesterday - About 250 cars split between VAGs and Classics.

The twin cam 131 caused a bit of a stir drawing much attention cos of rarity and condition.

It also won best in class (post 1977) beating an @89 Escort RS Turbo which was pristine with only 29k miles from new. Nice reward for all that Autoglymming and on it's first show as well!?

My favorite expression, about cars is the following; Everybody would like to own a Mirafiori!!!!!!! When I read topics like that I observe that this expression is not so false. I' m glad to see that a car whose production stopped 21 years ago has won prizes and many people still give their love to a car- legend. Congratulations Mirafiori making us really happy.......
