Saw this posted up on another forum. I quite like these. It is cheap too. Someone on the other forum had seen it close up and said it was a bit tatty close to, but would make an interesting project.

I actually went to look at one of these only 20 miles away from me a couple of years ago, however, it turned out to be the most rotten Fiat I had ever seen and I managed to resist!

there's one just like that in Belgrade, 2ltr engine though. with original 1300/1500 diff acceleration is insane! low top speed though, only 160kp/h. has rear disc brakes also, they were standard on original 1300.
in my oppinion, VERY COOL RIDE
