Do I have this right?  American 131s had different bumpers than the European models?  The bumpers on my 131s look different than other bumpers from European owners.  I have seen several photos of 131s here in the states that have the same bumpers.

the American cars have the so called bigger safety bumpers we have nice chrome ones on the cl 131s & plastic ones on the sport & super, i also have a celica ta23 (24/29 in the us) & have sold 2 sets of chrome bumpers to America so you could source whatever bumpers you fancy in Europe for your car.

I have one of those bumpers in my yard that I intend throwing out. The problem for you is my yard is in Tasmania!
