i checked in fact im going to buy lot of parts from him but the inner wings is not excactly like my fiat 131 racing for some details and i want them like them exactly

Early Series 1 inner wings have suspension turrets with 3 mounting holes for the strut while later Series 2 turrets have 5 mounting holes and a different (smaller?)  diameter centre hole. But surely it's better to get Series 1 inner wings from Yagmur and modify them or fit Series 1 top strut mounts than to try to repair old rusty inner wings.

Yes you are right.
The main part is same so it is up to your panel masker's skills.
Restoring an old car is not an easy job.
You are lucky that I have parts...
