It is "optimistic", but only if you call all those that advertise their stock of standard 131 parts as 131 abarth , as "OPTIMISTS" !

I all them one of two: "ignorants" or "cheats'.  They seem to appeal to those members of the 131 community that know little about Abarths and want to have their 131 also an Abarth and fall for such 'EASY ABARTH" deals.
