The rally engines on the S4 must be the most exotic Lampredi twin if I am not mistaken they were a 1400cc, the heads have 8 exhaust ports coming out of both sides going to twin turbos. What I would like know is what went into these engines and are there any parts available for these engines. Heads, superchargers etc?

They weren't used in the S4, they were destined for the ECV1. No supercharger, twin turbos. The head was referred to as a triflux, as it had 3 directions of flow, in from the top, then out both sides.
