Sorry Jay ...just saw this now.

All done. Used a firm called S&P Heat in Waterford. Stephen and Padraig are a two man team who do all kinds of metalwork. With the recession, bespoke exhausts are only a small part of their business now but they are an authorised distributor of Longlife exhausts so I booked a slot with them for February. They had the car for approx 5 hours but when I got it home and checked some old photos I discovered that the rear box hung too low and the tail pipes were angled upwards instead of level. I had decided to retain my old tips.

Stephen was very good about agreeing to an adjustment so it went back for approx 3 hours to get it right. Very happy now as it's as discreet as before and not any louder. Hopefully it will outlast the car.  Smiley
