Wanted - clutch arm !

Hi All
anybody got a clutch release bearing arm for a 5 speed gearbox lying around that I can buy please .

Finn,

check out the ends there two sorts that I know of, might need a cable to match arm I don't no.

Like in the picture on ebay, and a slotted one. big hole with a slot to one side.
